Warner Edwards Victoria's Rhubarb Gin (700ml 40%)

Description: The two founders, Tom Warner and Sion Edwards, knew each other from school and initially decided, after their studies, to produce essential oils for perfumes or naturopathy.

However, they soon used the distillery's still for other purposes and began distilling their own gin. They converted the barn on Tom's family estate into a distillery and opened the Warner Edwards Distillery in 2012.

The base for Victoria's Rhubarb Gin is the Harrington Dry Gin with eleven botanicals, including juniper, coriander, cardamom, elderflower, and a secret ingredient for that magical touch. The fresh organic rhubarb is frozen and pressed. The Dry Gin, with its 89% alcohol content, is then added to this mixture. The result is a wonderful delight for the palate and soul.
